Town Police Log: Sagaponack Man Charged With Contempt

Criminal Contempt

• John Paul Foley, 38, of Sagaponack, was arrested Dec. 21 at 10:48 a.m. and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor, and harassment in the second degree, a violation. Police said he was in violation of an order of protection when he was arrested at his home.
