Town Police Log: 2 DWI Arrests East of the Canal

Southampton Town police arrest reports from east of the Shinnecock Canal for the week of May 14 to May 20:

• Rachel Stine, 25, of Douglaston, was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, May 15 at 1:23 a.m. in North Sea after she was stopped on Millstone Drive by police. After failing field sobriety tests, Stine was booked and taken into custody to be arraigned in court the following day, according to the arrest report. Police also reported that Stine had been driving with a suspended license, a traffic violation.
• Kenneth Araya, 25, of Hampton Bays, was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, on May 20 in Bridgehampton on Ocean Road.
