Town Police Log: Man Found Sleeping in Car with Xanax
The following information was supplied by the Southampton Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
Pascal Leader, 23, of Amagansett was arrested Monday at 5:06 a.m. at the corner of Brick Kiln Road and Noyac Road in unincorporated Sag Harbor and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Police said Leader was spotted sleeping in his car along Brick Kiln Road. Police then discovered Leader had Xanax pills that were not in an approved container, according to the arrest report.

Aggravated DWI
Antonio Campohermoso, 28, of Southampton was arrested Friday at 11:29 p.m. at the corner of Flanders Road and Sunrise Highway in Hampton Bays and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said Campohermoso was stopped for changing lanes without using his blinker when it was discovered he was intoxicated.
