Town Police Log: Sag Harbor Man Charged After Trespass

Criminal Mischief, Trespass

• Felice M. Benvenuto, 35, of Sag Harbor, was arrested Dec. 17 at 2:40 p.m. at a Sagg Road residence in Sag Harbor and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass, both misdemeanors, as well as second-degree harassment, a violation. Police said Benvenuto entered his ex-girlfriend’s residence, began to argue, pushed her and eventually slammed her face into a kitchen counter.
Petty Larceny

• Elizabeth F. Venturella, 58, of North Sea, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. According to the arrest report, Venturella was recorded on a surveillance camera leaving a Bridgehampton store on Nov. 21 with a cart full of groceries and a pack of Michelob Ultra without paying. She was identified by the store manager, police said. Venturella was also arrested Dec. 5 at the grocery store, attempting to leave with a cart full of groceries when the store’s butcher stopped her, according to police.
• Anette C. Martin, 48, of Wainscott, was arrested Dec. 12 at 2:03 p.m. at King Kullen in Bridgehampton and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Police said a store security guard saw Martin put $31.94 worth of items in a green bag and leave without paying.
