DWI
• Kyle Kelly, 32, of Southampton, was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, on July 4. According to the police report, Kelly was pulled over on Noyac Road in North Sea for failing to maintain his lane. Police said he was unsteady on his feet and performed poorly on a sobriety test.
• Amadeo Lopez, 29, of East Hampton, was arrested July 8 and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Lopez, according to police, was pulled over on Hubbard Lane in Southampton after he failed to maintain his lane. He was also charged with being an unlicensed driver.
