Town Police Log: Cops Charge Four with DWI

reports for east of the Shinnecock Canal for the week of July 11 through 18:

DWI

Michael Krzenski, 52, of Water Mill was arrested Friday at 10:39 p.m. at the corner of Blank Lane and Head of Pond Road in Water Mill and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said that Krzenski was in a car accident when police found him to be intoxicated.

Blaine Emerson, 20, of Upper Darby, PA was arrested Sunday at 10:35 p.m. at the corner of Montauk Highway and Hayground Road in Water Mill and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said that they saw Emerson talking on a cell phone when they pulled him over and discovered he was intoxicated.

Rocha Josue, 25, of Mattawa, Washington was arrested Saturday at 12:29 p.m. at the corner of County Road 39 and St. Andrews Road in Southampton and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said that they saw Josue drive out of lane when they pulled him over and found out that he appeared to be intoxicated.

Federico Matiz, 22, of Moriches was arrested July 13 at 3:12 a.m. at the corner of County Road 39 and Saint Andrews Road in Southampton and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said that they saw Matiz driving out of lane when they pulled him over and saw that he appeared intoxicated.
