Arrest reports from Nov. 12 to 18 from east of the Shinnecock Canal:
Driving Impaired by Drugs; Resisting
• Kevin Street, 48, of Bridgehampton, was charged Nov. 16 with driving while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, after he was stopped on Sag Harbor Turnpike in Bridgehampton at 9:52 p.m. Cops said that after the traffic stop, Street attempted to flee the scene on foot, but was captured and additionally charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.
Driving While Intoxicated
• Calixto Ramos-Perez, 53, of Water Mill, was charged Nov. 19, with DWI, a misdemeanor, after the vehicle he was driving was stopped on Scuttlehole Road in Bridgehampton at 1:51 a.m. Police said Ramos-Perez failed all field sobriety tests at the time of the traffic stop.
Assault
• Nicole Sobol, 22, of Southampton, was arrested on a charge of second-degree assault, a felony, Nov. 18 at 2:41 a.m. Police said Sobol attacked her ex-boyfriend on Majors Path in Southampton using a high-heeled shoe. Sobol was additionally charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor and misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon.
• Maxwell Irwin, 22, of Southampton, used a ladder to enter his brother's bedroom through a window around 6:44 a.m. on Nov. 17 then stabbed him numerous times in the chest and torso, according to police. Irwin was arrested at 1:12 p.m. and charged with first-degree assault, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor.
