Town Police Log: Water Mill Man Caught Falsifying Records

Also this past week, a Sag Harbor teen charged with DWI.

Recent arrest reports from the Southampton Town police east of the Shinnecock Canal:           

Driving While Intoxicated           

• Johanna Sanchez, 18, of Sag Harbor, was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, on May 3 after police said they pulled her over on Flanders Road in Hampton Bays for moving from a lane unsafely.              

       
Falsifying Business Records                   

Philip Gallo, 49, of Water Mill, was arrested at Southampton Town police headquarters on April 30 and charged with falsifying business records in the first degree, a felony. Police said Gallo is charged in relation to an incident on June 10, 2012, in Water Mill.
