Town Police Log: 25-Year-Old Charged With DWI

• Joseph Archer, 25, of Southampton, was arrested Friday and charged with DWI. Police say they pulled Archer over on Hill Station Road in Southampton for traffic violations, including speeding and a muffler and exhaust violation. Police said Archer was slurring and admitted to drinking.
