Broken tail light leads to arrest.

Editor’s Note: The following information was supplied by the Sag Harbor Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate convictions.

Driving While Intoxicated

• Christie L. Hagerman, 46, of Sag Harbor, was arrested Dec. 11 at 6:35 p.m. and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, and an equipment violation. Police said Hagerman was driving a 2007 Hummer on Main Street with a broken tail lamp when she was pulled over. According to the arrest report, Hagerman's breath smelled strongly of alcohol, her eyes were bloodshot and glassy, and she had slurred speech and an unsteady gait. Hagerman performed poorly on sobriety tests and failed a prescreen breath test, police said.
