Sag Harbor Police Log: Evicted Man Charged With Trespass

Police say man entered former home.

Trespassing

• Arthur A. Moore, 71, of Sag Harbor, was arrested March 27 at 4:30 p.m. at his former home and charged with criminal trespass in the second degree, a misdemeanor. Police said Moore had been evicted and was not allowed on the premises. According to the arrest report, a police officer arrived with the complainant and found Moore inside. Moore was arrested and released on an appearance ticket, to return to Sag Harbor Village Justice Court.
