Sag Harbor Police Log: DWI Charge on Hampton Street

Arrest report from Sag Harbor police for the week ending May 27:

Driving While Intoxicated

• Melissa C. Flores, 33, of East Hampton, was pulled over on Hampton Street May 23 and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor.  Police said Flores was driving a 1988 BMW southbound when she crossed over the double yellow line several times. When an officer stopped her at Hampton Street and Hillside Drive around 1 a.m., the officer determined she was drunk, according to the arrest report. She submitted to a chemical breath test and was held for morning arraignment, police said.
