Driving While Intoxicated
• Arron A. Seymore, 30, of Sag Harbor, was arrested Nov. 18 at 1:35 a.m. on West Water Street and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said Seymore was driving a 1999 Chrysler westbound when he parked improperly. Seymore performed poorly on sobriety tests and refused a breath test, according to the arrest report. He was additionally charged with failing to produce a driver’s license and a parking violation.
