Driving While Intoxicated,
• Lawrence DePalma, 59, of Sag Harbor, was arrested Oct. 18 at 12:15 a.m. on Main Street and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, and an equipment violation. Police said DePalma was pulled over for driving with one headlight and it was discovered he was intoxicated.
