Arrest reports from the Sag Harbor Village police for the week of June 5 to June 11:
Driving While Intoxicated
• Craig M. Callahan, 37, of Ocean City, N.J., was arrested June 7 at 1:36 a.m. on Main Street and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said Callahan was pulled over for making an illegal U-turn and failing to signal while making two turns. According to the arrest report, his breath smelled strongly of an "intoxicating beverage," his eyes were watery and bloodshot and he was unsteady on foot and performed poorly on sobriety tests. He also consented to a chemical blood alcohol content test, police said. he was held for morning arraignment.
• Erin S. Gould, 30, of Bellport, was arrested June 9 at 2:58 a.m. on Meadow Street and charged with DWI. Police said Gould was driving a Jeep Liberty north on Main Street when she ran a stop sign at the traffic circle. According to the arrest report, her breath smelled of an "intoxicating beverage" and her eyes were watery and bloodshot. She was unsteady on foot and performed poorly on sobriety tests. She was held for morning arraignment after consenting to a chemical test, police said.
• Jose Reyes-Maldonado, 19, of Sag Harbor, was arrested June 11 at 11:23 p.m. on Division Street and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Police said that on June 2 at 11 p.m. Reyes-Maldonado took a black Mongoose mountain bike that was leaning against a tree unsecured in front of the Sag Harbor Launderette. He was released on an appearance ticket and $250 bail.
Possession of Stolen Property
• Elmer A. Blanco, 20, of Bridgehampton, was arrested June 11 at 9:20 p.m. on Bay Street and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, a misdemeanor. Police said Blanco was arrested after a man who previously reported his mountain bike stolen spotted the bicycle locked next to a dumpster in front of the Corner Bar. Police arrived and observed Blanco unlocking the bicycle, according to the arrest report. He was released on an appearance ticket and $250 bail.
