• Elizabeth A. Damark, 23, of East Hampton, was arrested Sept. 2 at 1:24 a.m. on Division Street and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said Damark was driving a 2000 Land Rover north on Main Street with a broken left tail light and failed to stop at a stop sign at the corner of Bay Street, and failed to signal while making a right-hand turn. While driving South on Division Street, Damark crossed over the double yellow line several times, according to the arrest report. After being pulled over, it was determined she was intoxicated, police said.
• Stephanie J. Bargas, 39, of Manhattan, was arrested Sept. 3 at 1:24 a.m. on Hampton Street and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, as well as three traffic infractions. Police said Bargas was driving a 1995 Land Rover on Main Street when she backed her vehicle over the crosswalk and remained there for a short period of time. When she drove away, she failed to maintain her lane of travel on Madison Street, and when she was pulled over police determined she was intoxicated, according to the arrest report.
