Montauk man and Middle Village woman face charges in separate incidents.

• Cesar J. Rivera Jr., 27, of Montauk, was arrested July 26 at 1:54 a.m. on Rector Street and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, as well as improper lane use and driving without a license, both vehicle and traffic violations. Police said Rivera was pulled over in a silver 2001 Acura for crossing over the double yellow line on Main Street.
• Jennifer M. Melder, 40, of Middle Village, was arrested July 28 at 2:16 a.m. on Noyac Road and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, as well as improper right turn and failure to signal a turn, both traffic infractions. Police said Melder was pulled over for failing to signal while driving a 2012 Chevrolet on Brick Kiln Road and it was determined she was intoxicated.
