Southampton Fire Department and Southampton Town Police have responded to Scuttle Hole Road and Mitchells Lane in Bridgehampton, where power lines are down.
Motorists are advised to take an alternate route.
UPDATE: A wire has come down near the intersection of Lumber Lane and Elliston Way.

The Long Island Power Authority reports that 86 customers are without power in Bridgehampton. Power is expected to be restored by 7:30 p.m.
