Suffolk County Police confirmed on Wednesday that no evidence was found indicating any criminal intent in an who fell off in Sag Harbor on Saturday night.
The man may have been intoxicated when he fell, according to a report on 27East.
According to the report, police identified the deceased man as Christopher Valentine, 56, of Parsippany, N.J.
Sgt. Paul Fabiano of the Sag Harbor Police Department forwarded further requests for detail to Suffolk County Homicide Unit. The officer handling the case was unavailable for comment on Wednesday.
