An 18-year-old Riverhead man was arrested in Bridgehampton Tuesday and charged with punching a co-worker in the face and breaking his nose.
Southampton Town Police said Samuel Lopez Guevara was picked up at 3:30 p.m. on Sagaponack Road and charged with assault in the third-degree, a misdemeanor.
Lopez-Guevara was also charged with false personation, a misdemeanor, after police said he misled investigating officers about his identity because of an outstanding bench warrant against him.

He was processed at headquarters in Hampton Bays and held overnight for morning arraignment. After arraignment, he will be turned over to to answer the bench warrant.
