Mother, Son Hit Crossing Street in Sag Harbor

A 52-year-old New York City woman and her 5-year-old son were taken to with minor injuries Sunday morning after they were struck by a Jeep while walking in a crosswalk, according to .

Officer Pat Milazzo said a driver, a 44-year-old East Hampton woman, making a turn from Division Street onto Bay Street did not see the mother and son and struck them with her vehicle.

There were no charges filed, as it was an accident with no criminality, Milazzo said.
