Town Police Log: Medford Man Charged in Jewelry Theft

Police say 28-year-old was working as a window cleaner when he stole jewelry from Southampton home.

Grand Larceny

• Richard Neumann, 28, of Medford, was arrested on a felony grand larceny charge at police headquarters in Hampton Bays Oct. 17 at 2:28 p.m. The arrest stemmed from a jewelry theft that police said happened while Neumann was cleaning the windows at a residence on Cold Spring Court in Southampton Oct. 12.
