Man sent to hospital as Southampton Village police investigate another brawl at Main Street restaurant.

Predawn on Saturday morning, a fight involving at least a dozen 75 Main patrons broke out in the restaurant and bar's parking lot as they were leaving, according to Southampton Village police.

Police said they responded to Main Street at 4:18 a.m. after receiving a complaint of a fight, and arrived to find a man on the ground bleeding. The man suffered injuries from being kicked and punched by several others, police stated.

The victim, who had a broken nose and lacerations on his face, was taken to Southampton Hospital by Southampton Village Volunteer Ambulance.

An East Hampton man was placed under arrest for his connection to the fight, police said. Jonnathan Mauricio Rodas Castro, 23, was charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor.

Police said the investigation is ongoing and anyone with information can call 631-283-0056.

On Nov. 25, 2012, at 3:05 a.m., village, town and state police responded to 75 Main to break up a brawl, which spilled out onto the street, village police said at the time.
