Cops: Man Exposed Self to Store Clerk

Southampton Village police seek man pictured in surveillance video at TC Men's and Women's Wear.

A man walked into a Southampton Village clothing store on Aug. 21 and "exposed himself in a lewd manner to one of the sales clerks,"  according to , who are now asking for the public's help to identify the suspect.

Police said the incident occurred around 11 a.m. that day at TC Men's and Women's Wear on Jobs Lane. Images of the suspect, which the police released on Tuesday, were captured by the store's survellance camera.

The man is described as white, around 5 feet, 10 inches tall, between 35 and 40 years old, with brown hair, blue eyes and a thin build.

According to Southampton Village detectives, the man ran away when the sales clerk called police.
