Update: Bridgehampton Fire Department Responds to Gas Leak on Hildreth Lane
Firefighters and police wait for National Grid to respond.
Update: Firefighters were sent home shortly before noon Wednesday, but National Grid remained on the scene.
and were called to a gas leak on Hildreth Lane in Bridgehampton at 10:42 a.m. Wednesday.
Town police said the emergency responders are waiting for National Grid to arrive to shut down the gas.
