Pumpkin White Bean Dip!
Savory Pumpkin Dip
1 cup white beans
1 cup pumpkin puree (squash or sweet potato may work as well)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. This should last a couple weeks in the fridge and can even be frozen. This recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups dip. Enjoy!
