2012 Opening Restaurants...

Who, what, why and where are the new restaurants that are in the 2012 Hamptons season?

Ambitious to start the 2012 summer season as a local restaurant writer/reviewer, I am still trying to put together the list of new restaurants, cafes and bar/clubs to go and talk about...

Let me know who's out there and who is opening.
