Report: Actress Refuses to Leave Late Husband's Estate

DNAinfo reports that Tara Tyson Kulukundis is jeopardizing the $25 million sale of a Southampton Village mansion.

The sale of a $25 million estate in Southampton Village is supposed to close Friday, but the late owner's widow has so far refused to move out, according to DNAinfo.

DNAinfo reports that since her husband, the heir of a Greek shipping fortune, died in 2010, Manhattan actress Tara Tyson Kulukundis has fought to stay at the mansion, even though it was not willed to her and needs to be sold to pay off a mortgage debt.

She has turned away movers and real estate agents, as well as art appraisers, who were sent there to view the estate's collection of impressionist and modern paintings, the report states.
