Hamptons developer Louise Linden puts Sagg Pond property on the market, the Real Deal reports.

Louise Linden, a real estate developer, has put her own 3.88-acre property on Sagg Pond in Sagaponack on the market for $22.9 million, and says she expects the next owner will want to tear down the existing house, the Real Deal reports.

The home has three bedrooms and three and a half baths, according to the listing. Photos show it is a modest home compared to its closest neighbors. Linden told the Real Deal she expects an 11,000-square-foot home with a pool and tennis court could be built in place of the Peter Blake-designed house.

David Tepper recently he bought in Sagaponack for $43.5 million.
