PHOTOS: 1st Holiday House Hamptons Opens With White Party

Opening gala and admission to show house in Bridgehampton benefit breast cancer causes.

Modeled after the annual Holiday House in Manhattan, the first Holiday House Opens opened Saturday with a white gala to benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Holiday Hamptons House is a joint effort between Holiday House, which brings in top designers annually to transform the historic Academy Mansion on the Upper East Side, and Hamptons Cottages & Gardens, the luxury design magazine.

"In honor of Holiday House Hamptons, friends and sponsors are displaying pink flags throughout the Hamptons in support of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation," Holiday House founder Iris Dankner said. "When you see the pink flags, remember to visit Holiday House Hamptons to celebrate the best in interior design and holiday entertaining. Proceeds aid in the fight to find a cure for this disease that touches too many lives."

The opening night party was sponsored by Villadom at Bridgehampton, the neighborhood where the show house is located.

There are 22 interior designers and architects participating. They are Ally Coulter Designs, Deb Landis Design, Decor by Guillaume Gentet, Design House, Donna Livingston Design, Duneier Design, Elizabeth Bolognino Interiors, Fawn Galli Interior Design, Huniford Design Studio, Inson Dubois Wood, James Michael Howard, Libby Interiors, Lynne Scalo Design, Mabley Handler Interior Design, Marshall Watson Interior, Richard Mishaan Design, Steven Dubner Landscaping, Susan Glick Interiors, The Design Studio, Thom Filicia, Timothy Brown Studio and Tracy Anderson Method.

The show house at 4 Fair Hills Lane in Bridgehampton is open through July 21. Hours are Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Fridays through Mondays from 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
