According to the listing, the six-bedroom gambrel-style home is 8,500 square feet an has nine full baths and two partial baths. The master suite has a deck with ocean views, and there are five guest suites. Among the amenities are radiant heated polished conrete floors on the lower level, and a wine room and suana.

The lot is near the north end of Halsey Neck Pond and minutes from Cooper's Beach, named the best beach in America in 2010.

"The entry hall with wide oak floors opens to living and family rooms, both with fireplaces, clerestory windows, and French doors opening to patio and deck," the listing states. According to AOL Real Estate, the lot is 1 acre and the estate was constructed in 2010. Zillow.com states that the property was first listed in February 2012 for $11,495,000, then reduced a month later to $10,499,000. In July 2012, it was reduced again to $8,995,000.
