Southampton Area Restaurants Serving Christmas Eve, Christmas Dinner

With just a week until Christmas, families are likely finalizing Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner plans. If you are still looking for restaurants serving dinner, look no further:

• Southampton Publick House will be open on Christmas Eve, serving dinner until 9 p.m. A $29.95 prix fixe will be offered that night. The restaurant is closed, however, on Christmas.

• 75 Main in Southampton will be serving its regular menu on Christmas Eve, and will be open on Christmas, starting at 11 a.m. A three-course meal will be offered for Christmas. Menu items include porcini ravioli, rack of lamb, and slow-braised swordfish.

• Almond in Bridgehampton is serving up its 13th annual Christmas Eve Roast Suckling Pig Dinner on Christmas Eve. The roast suckling pig served with cabbage, caramelized apples and spaetzle is $31. A portion of the revenue from Christmas Eve will be donated to the Pajama Program, which provides new, warm pajamas and new books to children in need in the United States and all around the world, many who are waiting to be adopted. The regular a la carte menu will also be available. Hours on Christmas Eve are 5 to 9:30 p.m. Almond will be closed on Christmas Day.  

• Pierre's in Bridgehampton will also be open both Christmas Eve and Christmas. The regular menu will be served on Dec. 24, while a $60 Christmas Day three-course prix fixe has been prepared.

• Also in Bridgehampton, Bobby Van's is serving on Christmas Eve only. The classic steakhouse will be open regular hours with its regular menu. It will be closed Christmas Day.

• The American Hotel in Sag Harbor will be open on both days, serving an $85 prix fixe dinner. The restaurant will serve between 5 and 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve and 12:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Christmas Day.

• Le Chef in Southampton will be open on Christmas Eve only.

• If you are looking for breakfast, lunch, or just want a laid back Christmas meal, the Princess Diner in Southampton will be opened on Christmas from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. On Christmas Eve, the diner closes at 4 p.m.
