Baby Moon of Westhampton Beach is selling cocoa artisan chocolates that are made at the restaurant.
According to the eatery, the chocolates, which are also available at Marders in Bridgehampton, are made with organic and fair trade chocolate from South America and organic USA and local ingredients.
The truffles, according to Baby Moon are exclusive for the holidays and come in a variety of flavors.
In a box, customers will find the following flavors:
- Berry-Pomegranate: Milk & white chocolate ganaches flavored with fresh pomegranate, berrie and vanilla beans Dusted with pomegranate powder.
- Fleur De Sel Caramel: Dark chocolate ganache, evaporated Cognac and a pinch of Fleur De Sel.
- Vanilla-Mango: Milk & White chocolate ganaches flavored with fresh mango and vanilla beans. Dusted with white chocolate and dried mango crumbles.
- Hazelnut-Moka: Dark chocolate ganache, infusion of Colombian coffee and hazelnut liquor.
