Family Seeks German Shepherd Missing for Nearly 3 Months

Have you seen our baby boy? Rex is now 7 months old.

Rex is a black and red German Shepherd. He went missing on Oct. 1 from Montauk (Long Island, NY).

Rex had an ID tag on his collar as well as the Home Again microchip. (The Home Again microchip is a "universal" chip meaning that it can be read by any scanner)

There is a $5,500 REWARD for his return (or info that leads to his return) without ANY questions asked. We aren't looking to get anyone in trouble.

We just want Rex back home with his 7 year old best friend Richard who is absolutely devastated.

There is a 7 year old little boy that is suffering everyday and night. Richard is having horrible nightmares, he's terrified that someone will take his other dog and/or his parents away.

Please share Rex's info. We pray that someone recognizes him and contacts us.

Another thing that everyone can do to help is to urge your veterinarians to scan all new pets brought into their practice for a microchip and to verify that the chip info is correct. Microchip scanning and verification only takes a few moments. A microchip is only effective if it's scanned.
