Hampton Designer Showhouse Presents Southampton Hospital with $130K Check

The annual Showhouse supports the hospital each year.

Southampton Hospital received a $130,000 donation from The Hampton Designer Showhouse Foundation, the proceeds of its annual summer Showhouse.

The 2013 Showhouse in Bridgehampton, sponsored by Traditional Home, was transformed by a group of interior designers and decorative artists. The house was located at 990 Brick Kiln Road in Bridgehampton, and was open to the public from July through Labor Day. A gala party was held in mid-July.

Designers Jamie Drake and Alexa Hampton were honorary design co-chairmen this past year. Contributors include, Alan Court & AssociatesBarbara Ostrom AssociatesBarbara Page HomeJack Levy Design LLCKemble InteriorsMark Humphrey GalleryPatricia Fisher Design, and Worth Interiors among many others.

Since its inception in 2003, The Hampton Designer Showhouse has donated over $1 million to support accessible, quality healthcare to the South Fork through the Hospital’s many services.  

“Southampton Hospital is fortunate to be the beneficiary of this amazing design showcase and we are deeply appreciative of our long partnership and the support HDSF has provided over the years,” Robert S. Chaloner, President and CEO, said in a statement.
