7th Annual Polar Bear Plunge

Every year Human Resources of the Hamptons needs to raise more money for its food pantry. Five-hundred local families depend on  Human Resources for food and other kinds of help.

To take the Plunge, you must either give or get a minimum $25 donation. If you collect at least $25 from sponsors, your registration is free. If you don't get any donations, you'll pay a $25 registration fee to plunge.

Raise $100, and you could win a free trip for two to Canada in 2011 to see polar bears in the wild. Visit www.nathab.com/polar-bear-tours to learn more about the trip. Every $100 gets your name entered into the lottery drawing, to be held January 7.

You will register and sign a waiver on the day of the Plunge. Registration is in the pavilion at Coopers Beach. Turn in money and donation sheet when you register. Arrive before 9:30 am to register; the Plunge is at 10 a.m. sharp.
