The Hamptons Take 2 Documentary Film Festival with The Hampton Library Presents: Take in Take 2 Films

Third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm - A new community outreach program offering prior documentary festival films to library audiences.  Don't miss a great second chance to see some Award-winning, provocative films right in your own backyard.

March 19,: "Salt of the Sea" - tells the story of a vanishing breed of independent commercial fishermen in New England.  Filmed on several independently owned and operated boats in Long Island, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, the documentary shows what happens when a passion for fishing intersects with the power of politics.

April 23,: "70X 7 - "The Forgiveness Equation - Two families challenge our rock-hard beliefs as they share the force for revenge or forgiveness in the face of unspeakable horror and grief.  Uncommon and compelling stories challenge our deeply rooted beliefs in revenge, retribution, and forgiveness.
