Self Defense Workshops at SYS

Self Defense Classes with Sensei Falah Kanani, 6th degree Black Belt with over 40 years of experience in the Martial Arts, specialized in Traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate. He trains Law enforcement agency personnel and the US Marines / navy seal teams in San Diego. Sensei Helene Ely, 4th degree Black Belt, with over 20 years of karate training is specialized in women’s self defense, domestic violence, abuse and rape prevention and all of the dangers children and teenagers face in today's virtual environment and social media. Together they make a great team to teach awareness and effective defense moves that will keep you and your family safe.
