Peaceful Planet Magical Yoga Tent Play Yoga

Peaceful Planet Yoga offers creative and unique yoga style
movement classes.  Playful props such as
scarves, pom-poms, yoga sparkles and more create animated and
fun filled yoga adventures.  The Yoga Tent overlooking a magnificent sculpture garden is an inspiring place for kids to play yoga.  Peaceful
Planet Yoga uses lots of global music with playful and peaceful messages to
encourage kids to explore yoga in a fun way. 
Sanskrit vocabulary, counting in Sanskrit, chanting, and simple
meditations are introduced.  As the weeks
progress we move into more challenging poses requiring strength, balance, focus
and flexibility.  Breath work and simple
meditation techniques are practiced to provide children with coping mechanisms
to help them navigate through their often busy and stress filled days.  Each class ends with relaxation techniques,
guided imagery and soothing yoga mediation balm.
