LWV Forum with Assemblyman Fred Thiele
The League of
Women Voters of the Hamptons has invited NYS Assemblyman Fred W. Thiele, Jr.,
to speak to the public on “Highlights of the 2013 Legislative Session.”
The meeting takes place on Monday, August 12, 7 p.m. at Bridgehampton’s Hampton Library, 2478 Main Street.
Mr. Thiele of Sag Harbor, who has represented the East End for the past 18 years, currently sits on the State Assembly’s Education, Election Law, Environmental Conservation, Transportation, Ways and Means, and Oversight, Analysis and Investigation Committees. He was also recently appointed Chairman of the Assembly Task Force on University/Industry Cooperation.
Refreshments will be served at the beginning of the meeting. A question-and-answer session will follow the program.
