Healthy Back Class

Maintaining proper balance is fundamental for good health. In this series, we will explore stretching, centering, and strengthening movements. Class work will include using chairs for footwork and balance, as well as some floor work with exercises to help re-balance our bodies from left to right and top to bottom. Bring your questions too, as there will also be time for a Q & A period. Gail Pudaloff founded Kinetics, an Exercise Therapy and Health Consulting Company in 1976  has pooled together years of studies to fulfill her vision in balancing the rigors of fitness, neuro-muscular patterning and therapeutic exercise conditioning, ultimately creating a healthy 'physical balance'.
