Celebrate New Year's Eve With Indian Wells Tavern
Indian Wells Tavern will be hosting a New Year’s Eve dinner starting at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31st. There will be two courses available for $25 or three courses for $28 which includes any dessert off the menu. Menu options include:
Appetizers
Brie & Sausage
Melted imported Brie with seared Andoullie sausage, served with toasted French bread and Dijon mustard

Fresh local clams, chopped and roasted in a cast iron skillet with garlic, herbs and breadcrumbs
Mixed Greens
Baby greens and accompaniments with balsamic, champagne or Asian vinaigrette, blue cheese or ranch dressing

Caesar Salad
Hearts of romaine tossed with our creamy dressing, croutons and shaved Reggiano Parmesan
Lobster Bisque or New England Clam Chowder

Prime Rib
Slow roasted all natural prime rib with au jus, horseradish sauce, baked potato and seasonal vegetables
Long Island Duck
A Crescent Farms roasted, semi boneless half duck served with a cranberry ginger sauce, rice and vegetables
Osso Bucco
Pork shank, slowly braised with onions, celery and carrots in a red wine reduction, served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable
Stuffed Flounder
Fresh local flounder stuffed with crab meat, served with a champagne beurre blanc, mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable
Char grilled center cut pork chop smothered with mushrooms, onions and red wine gravy with mashed potatoes and vegetables
