Most people underestimate the power of juicing.  Yes, most of them are high in sugar (I dilute mine with water or seltzer) but they do have benefits.  

Blueberry juice - contains antioxidants, fiber and vitamin C.

Grape Juice (purple) - May help prevent Alzheimer's disease, cancer and heart disease.
