Southampton Town Court Opens Tuesday

The town justice court is back in session after a power outage in Hampton Bays due to Tropical Storm Irene canceled Monday court dates.

in Hampton Bays was caused by Tropical Storm Irene, but now as LIPA restores electricity to Hampton Bays, the court is back in business Tuesday.

Lt. Robert Iberger, the head of emergency management for Southampton Town, said Tuesday morning that it will be business as usual at the court.
