Recording artists and Forbes' #1 Power Couple Jay-Z and Beyoncé have reportedly dropped $400,000 to rent the Bridgehampton estate of Joe Farrell of during August, according to The New York Post.
For the past few years, Farrell has made headlines by renting out his estate for a two-week period each summer at record-setting prices.
The 11.5-acre estate on Halsey Lane is on the market for $43.5 million. It includes a children's rec room with a half pipe and rockclimbing wall, an indoor racquetball/squash/basketball court, a bowling alley, spa, pool house, media room, full bar, disco, 12 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and numerous other rooms and amenities, according to the listing.
