Citing unnamed sources, The New York Post reported Wednesday that New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg is in contract to buy a $20 million Georgian mansion on Whites Lane, which runs through the in Tuckahoe.
The 35-acre estate, named Ballyshear, includes "a 22,000-square-foot palace with black-and-white marbled floors and stately paneled libraries," The Post reports.
