New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg recently dropped $20 million on this 35-acre estate named Ballyshear in the hamlet of Tuckahoe in Southampton Town, The New York Post . The super-private residence on White's Lane is a stone's throw from the , where he can hit the links. The estate was designed by F. Burrall Hoffman Jr. circa 1913, according to the Old Long Island blog.
