AERIAL PHOTOS: Irene Slams Hamptons Beaches

See aerial photos of beaches from Southampton to East Hampton taken Monday morning.

A flyover of Hamptons beaches Monday showed that several spots suffered from erosion during Tropical Storm Irene, and in some places it was evident that there was washover from the ocean to bays and ponds.

See aerial photos of Dune Road in the western half of Southampton , and of Montauk .
