The BIGGEST building on the east end except for the College and hospital. All you "PRESERVE IT ALL, BUILD EM' SMALL" types should be looking in the mirror. Where is all the outrage regarding traffic, safety and vista preservation. Where are the worst case scenario people asking the question that if said use fails what will be done with that building. I'll tell you where you all are NOWHERE. So its not the size and impact of any project or the amount of traffic or land it uses that is the criteria for not "in scale with the surroundings" its whether the product or service provided is profitable or not. Let the next large project prestented to the Town board be scrutinized as something "else" and let the lawsuits begin.
