, based in Wainscott, held an adopt-a-thon with 25 cats and kittens on Saturday at the Southampton Elks Lodge on County Road 39 in Southampton. Cats were available in four categories, senior, "best friends," black cats and declawed cats. Though ARF is against declawing cats, and does not perform the procedure, some cats come to th rescue center already declawed. "Best friends" are inseperable cats ARF would like to see adopted as a pair.
